Firehouse Subs West Valley

"Online order for 110pm to get it during my 30 minute lunch. Only one employee working lunch rush(??) so of coarse did not get my food on time. Employee was nice and handled things well but why was she working alone???"

"The food and variety is great. The service is acceptable. I would prefer a little different seating arrangement/atmosphere, however, it is as expected. The parking lot gets a little busy and crowded but there are several other establishments in the area."

"I've loved every sandwich that I've tried, and I also love the drink selection. I've had great experiences at this location. I would eat here every day if I could. I definitely recommend dine in instead of take out, because some of the hot sandwiches can become soggy pretty quickly - especially if you live further away like me. I wish there was a closer location in the Taylorsville area, but for now I'm willing to make the pretty lengthy drive because of how good these sandwiches are."

"The food that was made was good they forgot to give us our pickles. It was a bunch of young kids working inside. They were more worried about getting off work before 915 then they were about the customers by the end of the night. When I walked in at 8:10. The ladies seemed like they were very anxious to close the store they even had the lobby with all the chairs on the table so you got the feeling that you were not welcomed to sit down. So we ordered our food to go. The floor still needed to be slept and mopped but they seem to be more in a hurry to get their nightly chores done to go home for the evening. The establishments closing time is 9."
