"Went last night for a Jr w/cheese, and jalapeños, a Dbl /cheese and Jalapeños, fries and onion rings. Both my wife and I said the same thing. Uck, all the condiments on one side of burger, meat was either old or had been cooked with fish. Used to be a favorite place, Not again!!!"
"They never answer their phone and they "forget" parts of your order or get the order wrong every time. Recommended you find another Sonic if you want the food you ordered actually delivered to you."
"I ordered through Uber eats. I have had the same issue with this location multiple times. I have given up after this one. My food never arrived, because sonic never made it and claimed they never received the order. I work in the restaurant industry. I know that Uber does not make those kinds of mistakes. The lady who answered was rude, a bit unapologetic and overall doesn’t seem to care for her job. I truly hope this place comes under new management or ownership, otherwise I hope it closes down and gets replaced by something that is actually going to care about their customers."
"This location has always been great but the service this time was terrible. We tried to order food at the drive through and the person taking the order just disappeared. We waited several minutes for the man to come back, thinking maybe his head piece had died, but after 5 minutes, he just never returned. We pulled up to the front to try and order but another person working there didn't seem interested in taking our order either. So we just left."
