Papa Johns Pizza 4342 East Pony Express Parkway, Eagle Mountain, UT 84005

"Did a walk-in order that took about 20 minutes to prepare. (Should have called in my order, but tonight was first time in a new store) Had a "Philly" pizza that was pretty tasty."

"So today they were very busy and understandably the wait was long. My pizza took an hour after the scheduled time to be done however that's not the reason I feel this experience was subpar. Shortly after I arrived at the store another gentleman was trying to read what orders were being prepared. Unable to read the screen from the distance he was at he took out his phone and used his zoom to read the screen. Around 30 seconds later a red haired male employee came out of the kitchen yelling at the man. The man explained what he was doing however the employee wouldn't listen and was being very unreasonable. The employee never asked the customer to leave. The employee then called the police. Later 4 sheriff's deputies showed up escorted the customer out of the store than had to wait with the customer for his pizza to be done outside. Instead of staying in the kitchen and doing his job to get orders out faster he decided to waste time yelling at someone for something that could have been either ignored or said to the customer in a polite way. What an absolute joke however the rest of the staff were awesome and the employee that was helping all the customers tonight was awesome stayed super positive and had a smile on her face even though I'm sure she was in a very stressful situation"

"This is a take out only store. Not a lot of room if they are busy like when we were there. There was no menu at the store other than a generic one stating sizes and prices of pizzas, for example no list of what specialty pizzas they offer. So I had to ask the employee, who had to look them up. She didn't see anything like supreme or combo or deluxe. We ended up ordering the Philly cheesesteak. It was good. We also ordered the parmesan breadsticks. They were just OK. Not a lot of flavor. Now that I've had time to look at the menu online, I see there is The Works, and cheesesticks. I would have ordered those 2 things had there been a menu at the store. The food was good, the people were nice, and it was pretty fast. Just would've liked to see the full menu somewhere at the store. We'll go back and order the works and cheesesticks."

"I was there new years and I was SO impressed with the whole team! The pizza was great and the service was wonderful. I actually was impressed with how fast they were getting the pizzas out. They were on par or faster than other established chains on nights like that. We have learned to order ahead and have the pickup time 30 min before we actually want to pick up on nights like new years and usually I still have to wait. There I didn't. Pizza was great, service was wonderful, the team there is awesome."

"Staff was attentive and friendly, also timely. I think that once they get the routine down it'll be better. Our cheesy bread turned into a burned bubble with a bare minimum of cheese around the edges. Hope things get ironed out as this time was a bit of a letdown. Store Manager called me the next day to make it right. That's Customer Service thanks and we will be back."
