"I went here and ordered a simple order. I asked for a big hamburger with extra tomato. He said he would have to charge me. I said that was fine. The cashier Luciano wasn’t very nice and seemed miserable at his job. I got the food and took it home opened it and found only ONE slice each hamburger. I paid 50 cents for it for each which was fair if I got them but I didn’t. Honestly the food wasn’t even that good it was okay. Paid almost 50$ for a meal that wasn’t as good as the money spent. Honestly dissatisfied and disappointed is the best two words to use. Be sure you check your food when you specify something you want extra and pay for."

"I ordered 3 kids' meals and an adult combo. I asked for chocolate milk and fry sauce. The employee only charged me for 2. Didn't tell me until after I had purchased. He told me to go around through the drive-through and order the other one. Yep. That level of customer service. Went around. Took 10 extra minutes. I ordered again. And asked for extra fry sauce and chocolate milk. By the time I got home. No fry sauce. No chocolate milke. No straw. Cold food. Corporate doesn't care about how bad this experience was, and clearly, the employees don't either. This type of service isn't a one-off. This piss poor customer service is learned and habitual. I am not going back to this location. I'd avoid it. But here's a lesson learned. Don't leave the first intercom until you've verified your order. Verify it again before you pay. Verify it again after you get your food."

"The food tasted good, I hadn't been here in a long time and forgot how good their burgers are. The service was not very good, the staff was not very friendly and we waited quite a long time for our food. I understand it takes time but they definitely acted like we were bothering them."

"The food is always hot and delicious. Customer service is very good. The only reason I'm not giving all five stars is because they used to always give fry sauce when you would order fries but now you have to ask for fry sauce and they are charging for it."
