"THE BEST and MOST AUTHENTIC Japanese restaurant in Utah. Fresh, real sushi (rolls are not real sushi... but they have those as well). The white tuna sashimi and sushi are amazing. I don't know what they do with their rice, but they're doing it right, whatever it is. The bento box at lunch is a really good price for what you get. Chicken katsu and the teriyaki chicken are perfect and they are one of the only places I've been outside of Japan that know how to do tempura properly. The Yaki Soba (see photo) is probably my favorite after the sushi. I could rave about this place all day. If you're looking for an authentic Japanese experience, eat here."

"Absolutely amazing! I used to drive so far for good sushi and now it's right down the street. I've been here twice and will continue going. Staff is very friendly and nice, the decor is on point. The rolls are amazing! I was originally taken back by the price but once I saw how much I got I understood. The percentage is beautiful and they're so delicious. My son got the chicken teriyaki, presentation again beautiful and it was so delicious, I ended up eating a decent amount because it was so good!"
