"Customer service would be better if there were more of an employee presence. Being in-store was a bit frustrating due to not knowing where to checkout or who to ask for assistance. I did opt for the embroidery and too long, please give a more accumulate time when to expect item to be complete. I had pleasant interactions with employee but 3 stars for lack of employees for assistance."

"Terrible customer service!!! Two separate occasions I've went inside this store to purchase products, and each time the customer service was terrible and unprofessional. Im not going to go into details because the review would be to long,but when you have an employee that would rather attempt to be physical with a customer instead of having the temperament to resolve a issue through a conversation then that's a MAJOR ISSUE for me as a customer therefore I will never shop at this location again!!!!!"

"My son had a gift from this store. We tried to change the hat because was too small. Manager asked us for the receipt and after that he started a deep inspection making questions like a police officer: When did you buy it? When was your birthday? Who was the vendor? When you got this hat it was in that bag on your hands or another one? I can't accept this return because the hat has a defect! Try to change it in another store and get luck with another manager! The receipt showed the hat was purchased 3 days before our visit and we decided leave the store and never come back! Someone lucky? This Manager having a job due to his mediocrity!!!"

"The sales prices where great. They had a BOGO half off sale. I found the non Oklahoma teams where represented well. I got custom embroidery. Was quoted an hour and half turn around. She called and had it done in 45 minutes."
