"This business is chronically understaffed, the manager needs to hire more people and pay them well enough to stay. For the year i've been at this base there has always been a 30 minute drive thru experience due to understaffing. If you had a 3 person team on the drive thru you could 10x your drive thru sales at lunchtime. Also your mac&cheese is always macaroni on a puck of cheese, not a fan"

"I would give this place 5 stars when Deb was there. Even on weekends I would prefer this popeyes over the others, but since it has been under new management it has gone down hill. They charge for water and only give you one sauce but will give you more if you pay for it. Food tastes watered down. The new staff is rude and cheap now. Its definitely been noticed by others because it isn't as crowded like it used to be."

The problem is like any standard Popeyes is the service is pretty meh and The serving sizes are Super not good for the $$$. Under previous management, you at least got reasonable value, especially before prices jumped Now, I mean it's just crazy 10 bucks for 3 tendies and fries. Charging for cups of water with water that tastes awful from an uncleaned machine. This place is just a trash example for fast food. It's more expensive than most places including some sit down Spots while offering mediocre service.
