"Very Bad service highly recommend not going here. Tonight went there there was 2 cars at drive up no one inside. So we went in and ordered. 20 minutes later still have not gotten our food . Had my 2 year old with me he was trying to be patient waiting for our food. I seen two of our items sitting on the tray getting cold the whole time. So I finally went up to ask for my money back at that time they argued with me to the point another customer told them they needed to stop. The girl that was out cleaning the lobby was staring my 2 year old down. So after they returned my money I asked for manger/owners # so I could report the service we just got. 3 people was working one disappeared and didn't put our crisp meat Burritos down. So it even delayed us getting our food. But they tried blaming it on us. No wonder Taco Times are going broke. Its sad . I will move this forward to Taco Times Franchise. Highly suggest not to support this North Ogden Taco Time. They will be gone next with that kind of service. Hope they figure it out cause we won't be back and we will put the word out there. I guess if you look at there ratings it says alot. Its to bad that Taco Time owner doesn't try to clean up the problem. But I will never know because we won't be back."

"I went into this location and wanted the Casita burrito platter and they only rang me up for the casita burrito I also asked for no rice and extra beans and did not get extra. I then stated that I wanted the platter and I would pay the difference so another girl came over and I told her what I wanted and she said that not what you ordered. I then said that I wanted the casita platter and she kept saying so you want another platter. I was so frustrated I just left. I will never be back to this location again."

"Most days the staff is good and the food is good. Today the young gal working the window left you feeling like you were lucky she was serving you and put out to be there. Find another job girl because this store is a good store and does not need your negative vibes"

"7:30 PM. New hours say 9 pm. OUT OF BEEF! Again! I’ve talked to the owner. She happened to be at the south Ogden location when I went there for lunch, she was appalled when I told her what was happening at the north Ogden location. One of the main ingredients in tacos is beef. Last time I watched an employee throw there beef out for the night. But none the less here we are again. Saturday night and they’re out of beef at 7:30. Sounds like this place needs better night management."
