"The girl helping me with order seen so put out ti have even ask me what wanted I ignored that then I gave her my rewards # she got upset because she put it in wrong then she said didn't have any points so I ask do they expire because I had some last time I came she says I don't know in a really rude put out way such attitude. So I told her I'm sorry your having a rough night I hope it gets better she said unha and slammed the window on me I honk said what did you say she says goodnight I said can I talk manager she said wasn't one there they went get food for them I waited talk to manager because she was that rude I thoughht the manager needed to know well manage never show up they closed. It's so frustrating having people working that feel so pi out to actually have work wjol at work."

"Ordered online. Sandwich was wrong. Had to go back to get corrected and they still used the wrong bread. Every time we have ordered from here something is made wrong or they forget the chips, etc. Will be driving a bit further to the Farr West or Harrisville locations."

"When ordering the kept going back and fourth between each item I wanted. Like all the veggies for each item, all the dressing for each item, and so on. I thought they were making them as I ordered or something. Apparently not lol. I ordered a salad with the dressing on the side. My salad came soaked. Completely soaked in dressing. With more for the side. I was in town for an appointment and didn’t go to eat until I got home. Extremely disappointed as I can’t eat it at all now. Such a waste of money."
