"i have been here since august of 2023 and its the best daycare i have worked at since i started childcare in 2017. It has much nicer staff, parents and kids. i love the curriculum much better, i have an amazing co teacher who i got blessed to start my child time career with, both my directors are super sweet and i have not run into one problem here."
"Child Time Inc is not what it seems. Management tells you that teachers are top priority in their company which is not true. I only worked there for a short period of time and did my best teaching playing and caring for the children but then out of nowhere I was wrongfully let go. I’m not the first person for this to happen to either because I know of other coworkers who were let go from a bunch of lies. If you are looking for a job I would look elsewhere because you too will probably get thrown out like trash shortly after being hired."
"I used to love this school. I had three kiddos attend it, and our family had grown close to many of it's teachers. Some of them caring for each of my children. However in the past couple years, changes in management have been a major concern. They boast tenured teachers, but through our time there, those beloved teachers have been let go without valid justification. Additionally, when parents have reached out with concerns about turnover, management has dismissed their concerns, blaming the parents as the reason, and has even kicked out families on the spot. I fear the management no longer cares for the best interests of the staff, children and the families. I can't imagine how difficult it is to run a childcare establishment, and I hope this one can improve for the sake of the current children, families, and staff. I hope management sees the number of families leaving as a wake up call to do better!"
"Our son recently joined the Cottonwood Preschool family and we couldn't be more excited. So far we have had a great experience. Our son seems to be adjusting great, he is being well taken care of, their daily menu is fantastic and fully of variety and nutritious, their teachers have been very warm and friendly. We love the daily updates on the apps so we can see progress, supplies needed, what our son is doing, etc."
