"Got the wrong food even though I told the pink haired girl twice. The price was wrong, to fix it she put a 5 dollar cash payment on the ticket, which I didn't pay. Her register will be short. And several people came in from the drive through because they were missing food. It was not busy at all. The frys were not good. I won't be coming here again."

"This place is so hit or miss. I think it really depends on who's working that day whether your food is going to be good or not. It's typically been pretty clean the few times I've been inside and the staff is nice enough. I usually order a chicken sandwich or chicken fingers. Might be good, might be overcooked. Fries are sometimes rock hard. I think the fryer needs some service or they need to toss fries if they're sitting in the warmer too long. Just overall don't think I'll frequent this location anymore. If you want chicken, go to Zaxby's across the street"

"Though the restaurant was not busy and there was no wait time, the service was SO SO slow. I think only one person was working while 2 or three other employees were standing around talking to each other. The soda machine was running out of soda and tried to let the employees know. They either knew and didn't change the syrup out, didn't have any extra syrup on hand to be able to change out, or plainly didn't care, as they said nothing and offered no explanation. They didn't even offer to use the soda machine they use to fill driveup orders, though who knows maybe that one didn't work either as they offered nothing, but more than willing to sell you a drink that has the possibility of not being able to fill. Food in and of itself tasted good, and I honestly felt bad for the one employee actually doing her job. She apologized for the wait and seemed flustered but was nice. Though she deserves at least 3 stars, the lack of help from her fellow employees makes the restaurant itself receive only one star. Likely won't return to this location."

"I haven't been to a Carl's Jr or Hardee's in a while, and now I know why. I paid $10 for a chicken sandwich, and there was hardly any chicken. The chicken was literally as thin as the pickle, and it didn't even take up half the bun? I wouldn't have ordered it had I known I was just getting a bun and breading.. it's literally the worst chicken sandwich I've had. They had us pull around to the front to wait for our food, although nobody else was in the drive through. That's fine, I guess, but they said we were waiting on the chicken, so I'm just confused, as there is hardly any chicken in the sandwich at all. Will I go back? No. I don't think this is specific to this location, but I feel ripped off, so I won't be returning. I'd rather just drive further and go to Popeyes or Raisin Canes.. or even just cross the road to go to Zaxbys."
