Wendy's

"3-22-24. Went to the drive through at 3:30 pm. Ordered (2) #1 meals (single cheeseburger). I get home and there are 2 plastic containers with 2 hamburger patties wrapped in lettuce and pickles. NO BUNS !!! For either meal. Just 2 plastic containers with patties. This location has gone down hill over the last year. Food, customer service, cleanliness inside. It's just not very good at all anymore. For the price of their meals now, you think it would at least include buns ? Oh well. Last time I will be going to that or any Wendy's. Overpriced and underwhelming at best."

"At the wendys in Clinton ut on 2000 w next to the Walmart. I observed the manager named krystle about 130pm march 22 24. From the moment of hello can I take Your order she was rude ignorant entitled attitude she was so disrespectful from the moment he said hello. She talked with a attitude and when he got upset about the order not being correct she got more disrespectful. He told her at the window do your job better next time. I watched the manager flip him off. If you work in this type of job it's Customer service she took advantage of the fact he got upset as elderly people can doesn't give her the right to take advantage of his frustration to escalate the situation with talking loudly and just being ignorant and entitled. I called the store to speak to her supervisor cause it's not okay for a employee to do that but she said it was me and I'm the supervisor. She should be fired if not demoted for treating a elderly man that way. so unprofessional. The food is great but the manager staff needs to look into hiring a respectful person who can take the situation and handle it professionally. When I called the store she said oh that was me and I'm a manager. This employee definitely needs training and shouldn't be in a manager position."

"This store is closed. It is not opened. Do not believe hours posted. The store has “hours” but do not follow them. Can’t take a family here or use takeout. Your food will be cold. Yet Wendy’s promotes on their ads fresh and hot! Impossible…if I order ahead and still have to wait to grab it….If it’s complete why won’t you just hand it to me? Oh I have to wait in the drive thru line??? This is just a place that lies. Don’t trust the food, hours or people. Please close this place down and put in a restaurant in that will serve the public. I was told an order I made was ready but they would not hand it to me. Hear that again…would not give me food I paid for….“Please use the drive thru” they said…this is unacceptable…I’m sorry I ordered ahead, I guess!?!? Why would I wait in line for cold food?"

"I waited in line for 30 min(not kidding) and once I got to the window no one took my card for 15 min. I wish this was a joke but once I got home to eat my food the chicken sandwich was dry and tasted like it was frozen for the last 6 months(did not take a second bite). Tasted like a plumbers crack, luckily the fries are the only consistent thing at Wendys. No love, yall lost a customer and I dont recommend this spot for anyone to have a nice meal!"

"I hate to leave bad reviews but this is MUCH needed. This was the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had! Me and my boyfriend went through the drive thru around 10:45pm. We sat there waiting almost 10 minutes before they even took our order. Then the woman was extremely rude and acted like we were an inconvenience, even though we came over an HOUR before they closed. We get our food and drive home just to realize our baconators are ice cold. The cheese was not even melted, the buns were cold, and the meat looked disgusting. The fries were awful too, they were cold and stale. They must’ve been sitting out for hours. It was so repulsive we couldn’t even eat the food. I immediately drove back for a refund. I talked to the same lady who took our order and it turns out she was the manager for the night. I’m sorry but you should not be a manager if you are okay with giving out undercooked, old food. I asked for a refund and she told me “it’s illegal to give a refund over $20.” What? I work in fast food and I have never heard that rule. Anyway, she offered to re make it but I denied because I was so disgusted with our meal. Why not just make it right the first time? Why do you have to get a complaint before making fresh food? Not okay!"
