"Came by to look at compact tractor w/cab. Looked a 4052, nice tractor. Walked the yard looking at cab and open tractors. Walked over to used section and didn't find anything. All this took about 35 mins. and not one person came out to see if I needed anything or had any questions. Am I supposed to go in and tell them I want to buy a tractor?"

"Update: Emailed them as they requested and have not received a response back. Apparently, they only respond on here to make it seem like they care to resolve the issue. Sadly, UA&T and John Deere will find any reason to blame the customer to avoid warranty work. To anyone who has an issue with their mower deck. Change your blades before you take it in for deck work. The wear and tear on your blades "obviously caused excessive vibration and is the reason the welds on your mower deck broke." Blades will always hit unseen things in tall grass. If I have to replace my blades every time I hit something so I don't create the slightest vibration that will pop welds on my deck, then that seems more like a poorly made product. I only had 58 hrs on my mower. I've had it less than 2 years and only for 1 full summer. I know I'm small potatoes to John Deere who rakes in way more money for much larger machinery, but $5,000 was a lot to me and I was proud to give it to JD. Now I wish I had given it to someone else."
