"Terrible customer service with the woman at the deli. If you are short with customers especially after a mistake your staff made. Customers will be short right back. You should always try to make it right. See what you can do or a sorry if staff made a mistake."

"They were out of some of the stuff I went in for and the girl at self check out was not very nice. She was annoyed she had to help me and said you need to download your digital coupon before you come to our store. I said I thought I did apparently I didn't do it right. She then proceeded to say I don't know how to do it either. I usually go to the store on 4000 West and 4700 South and they are very nice and I never have this problem don't think I'll go back to this one again if that's the way they treat people."

"Assistant manager with big arms that wears the mask is terrible and needs to be dealt with. Told me I was talking to loud on the phone and tried intimidating me by saying he’d kick me out of store while being 6 inches from my face. I was just shopping minding my own business. Wasn’t being too loud and there were like 8 other people in whole store. Terrible experience!"

"They used my code to void all of these items at the self check-out! A bag appeared after this lady left and I thought it was mine. So, I took it and not all of the items were accounted for on the receipt. I went back inside and my co-worker said it was his. I apologized and gave the bag back to him. Personal items are not supposed to be at the front of the store anyways! I was really nice but Brandie said I was non-compliant and verbally defamatory. The water was mistreated and left me really thirsty! They reduce the price of items for no good reason! They allow people to steal."

"I’ve reviewed another smiths, I just can’t believe how hard it is to find good produce. If most of your stuff looks bad, why display it? Why have it available? What if someone buys it and gets sick from rotten food? This is getting ridiculous considering every ad I see is “our produce is the freshest” By the way, all of the stuff shown here was mushy to the touch."
