McDonald's

"Really bad service. We ordered a double cheese burger, a plain hamburger with nothing on it (We specifically said that 2 times) and a crispy chicken original sandwich with no sauces. For the double cheeseburger we got a regular cheeseburger. For the plain hamburger we got a regular cheeseburger with the ketchup. The display for the order had it right. I think in the future we'll go someplace else."

"I placed a mobile order in the app for curbside pickup; and when I arrived I checked into the app, waited for maybe 6 minutes, and had my order correct, fresh, and tasty."

"It's a lot cleaner since McDonald's got rid of the self-serve sugar water. Food is okay. Price a little high for McDonald's quality. The kiosk has increased order accuracy by 98%"

"Waited in line for 15 minutes with other 4 cars three left after waiting for 10 min two more cars came in line no acknowledgment from the worker who took his trash out or the supervisor/manager name Edwin (short asian man) who was eating inside. I got frustrated after waiting for 10 minutes I drove to the second window saw Edwin (no name tag)getting himself a drink and was eating. I asked when he open the window what was going on. He tells me the system is going down. I told him why isn’t anyone acknowledging people waiting outside. I asked for his name not sure if he’s telling the truth that his name is in fact Edwin. He didn’t apologize nothing after he gave his name he just closed the door. We waited 10-15 before 2:00a.m. Customer service suck here. Too many times I’ve gone here before 2:00 am on the days they have delivery even before the delivery guy gets to the restaurant they always close the line. Sometimes they make you wait few minutes then suddenly oh sorry we’re closed. Like you could’ve said that 10 minutes ago. I really hate this location but it’s the nearest to my house."

"Just like all the other McDonald's if you order curbside takeout you still need to check the food brought out. My child likes McDonald's so I order through the app so there is no way the order can be mistaken. This time for the happy meal they forgot the drink so I had to go back inside, wait for someone to even notice me (no one man's the front counter) and tried telling them they forgot the drink. McDonald's on a whole is going downhill."
