"We drove out from Santaquin for a date night. We're so glad we did! The food was delicious (Chicken Pot Pie and Mac & Cheese). It was perfect for a cold and rainy night. The bistro is a beautiful little family owned place. Kyle is an amazing chef, and Natalie will spend a few minutes talking with you. Such an incredible atmosphere. We'll be going back for sure!"

"We were out for a drive and happened to see the open sign in the window so decided to try this cute little restaurant out! We'd seen this place on Taste of Utah... A show that highlights restaurants around Utah and we've wanted to check it out. I had a crispy chicken sandwich which was delicious! You did not need to add a thing! My hubby had the Patty Melt, which he loved! We left with a loaf of sourdough and a lovely blueberry muffin and cinnamon roll for later. We are looking forward to going back out there again! The owners are delightful and very friendly! We chatted for a bit! Our recommendation is to check this delicious and delightful Bistro out!"

"This place was amazing. We stumbled upon it traveling south from Salt Lake. When we first arrived, the door was locked however the owner welcomed in and served us some of the best food I’ve had. We ordered the shepherd’s pie, chili and the cauliflower soup. It was all incredible. Tasted like some home cooking while traveling. I’d travel back to Utah just to eat here. Thank you so much!!"

"A great place to stop and slow down. The atmosphere is wonderful and the staff is very friendly. I ordered the Bacon Mac n Cheese with the Brisket on top, and my wife got the Avocado Sandwich with Potato Salad. The Mac n Cheese was amazing. Very cheesy but not over the top. The brisket was quite good. The Avocado sandwich was great with some amazing pickled onions on it. The potato salad was divine and the homemade pickle was perfection. Whether you're driving through, or looking for a good hometown spot, Cast Iron Bistro is the place for you."
