"First of all shout out to our server William, he did a fantastic job providing quick, kind service especially for a Saturday night. The presentation was nice but the burger wasn’t anything great and the shake was fine. Fries were pretty good. The atmosphere of this place is awesome, but I was really hoping for more."

"I was the only one in the drive inn this afternoon. I ordered a sea burger to go. I don’t know what you call this, but it’s definitely not what I ordered. I took two bites after I got home, and it was so disgusting I threw it out. Not edible. I’ve had some good and bad experiences at Kirt’s, but this is the worst of all time. If I grab a bite to eat here ever again, it will certainly not be for a very long time."

"We stopped by today for lunch and figured the service would be good because there was only one car in the drive-in and one couple inside We went inside and it's seat yourselves so we sat down and waited to be waited on. Since the workers saw us when we walked in we thought they would be right out with menus since there weren't any at the table. The boy that eventually came out asked what we would like so I said menus so we could see what they have so he brought us a couple then never came back. I saw the kids working and tried to get their attention but they were visiting behind the counter and wouldn't come out so we left I had hoped you would have trained the kids working to pay attention to the customers or have an adult with them so they would give better service"

"I’ve dropped my star rating for this restaurant because my recent visit left a bad taste in my mouth. Pun intended. The food by far was not what it has been in the past. When we first arrived we were able to sit and was promptly visited by the waitress on duty. But from there it went south. After having her come back and give us a few minutes to figure out what we wanted when she came back it was hard for her to hear us giving our orders because the kitchen staff was being so loud it was literally hurting my ears. Then once she took the order I eventually had to go to the desk to find out what was going on with my order because it had been almost 45 minutes by that point. Finally 55 minutes after we ordered our food with a 10yr old mind you we finally received our orders. We all ordered two footlong coneys and a check sandwich and a side of chili cheese fries. My chili cheese fries came last and was the hottest thing on the table. I didn’t see a single person inside that restaurant that looked old enough to legally buy a beer much less cigarettes. The owners really should clean house because out of the 7-8 people working in that kitchen and it took an hour to get some chili dogs. Really! Not happy and it’s debatable if I will return again. It’ll be a while for sure."
