"Ordered 3 hash browns and only got 1!? Seriously!? They up’d the price so much on them and now they don’t even give you the hash brown. Just stole $4 from me…nice. I expect a refund. How hard can it really be when the order says 3 hash browns and you think 3 means 1!? Now I get to go to work hungry…thanks for getting 1/3 of my order right…."

"I was having troubles with the app and a deal in the app (not the store's fault). I asked the lady at the register, expecting to be told, "oh well!". But she was very helpful and accommodating, and just gave me the deal. I was super impressed! She went above and beyond. This is how customer service should be!"

"As a trucker walking up to the window at night, they treated me great. The young man that took my order on, Tuesday November 22nd at about 2245 at the 1st window, was really nice and said "Drivers have a hard enough time out there, have a good evening." Then the young lady that gave me my McFlurry was also nice as she asked me to go around to the door to wait on my order. Last, but certainly not least was the manager, I believe. Katie, I think she said is her name. Very polite and made me feel like I wasn't a pain in the neck. Overall my best walk up experience ever."

"Literally pathetic. I go here a decent amount and they are normally alright, but this last time was terrible. They have a new younger manager that was there and he was absolutely terrible. He gave me diet when I wanted Regular so I asked him to change it out. He then had us pull forward and proceeded to bring the same drink out to me. After that I go to eat my sandwich and it was only half of a sandwich. That manager is the worse and should be demoted or fired He didn't care or do his job in any way."
