Taco Bell

"This is the BEST taco bell I have ever been to. Today's night shift around 9:30 really hit the nail on the head. Everything was warm, including the cinnamon twists which I haven't experienced since I was little. I thought that the quality of taco bell has just gone down, but NOT this one. I kind of had a semi difficult order and they executed 100x better than I expected because I'm so used to my towns trash taco bell. Anytime I'm visiting Skiatook, I WILL be visiting this night crew again."

"The employees are polite and friendly. Store always looks clean. Love that they serve Pepsi. The app is wonderful to utilize for deals and earning points. They can have some awesome deals like $1 build your own box! I've eaten here a few times and have only been disappointed once. Nothing major just hardly any meat on a crunch wrap and little filling on a Dorritos taco. All the other times it's been great. I'll definitely be coming back to this location."

"I am fully convinced they hire the most unhireable kids to work here. My order is always missing stuff, and when I go inside to get said replacement I receive an attitude and get dirty looks. On top of that the food is always tossed in there looking crazy. Come on do better"

"This is a stand-out Taco Bell. The management is obviously very good, because the staff is friendly and the food is excellent. It's rare that I get fast food that looks as good as it does in commercials. My taco was picture-perfect and full of ingredients. The burrito filling was well-spread and even, where most burritos have individual ingredients that are clumped (cheese on this end, meat on the other end, etc). All the employees seem friendly and welcoming. The only minor complaint I have is that the brewed iced tea is behind the counter. It would be so much more convenient for it to be with the other selr-serve drinks so I don't have to ask for a refill. I would highly recommend this Taco Bell."

"I was told that they were out of "beef" for the next 45 minutes. How does a fast food restaurant run out of their primary ingredient and essentially shut down the whole business during regular hours? Obviously a poorly managed franchise. I left and went to McDonald's. The customer service is good here. The people have always been pleasant. There is hardly ever a line, probably because the food is poorly prepared. The workers there need to realize that the food they are making is not cheap. My order was over 13 bucks for 6 tacos, and the tacos were poorly and barely filled (see photo). I started to take them back, but I had gone through the drive thru and already driven home. The workers need to make the tacos as if they were making them for themselves. I doubt that they would make their own taco to be 80 percent taco shell with lettuce in it. This is not a Franchise wide issue. Both Taco Bell's in Owasso make good food most of the time. This is just a pathetic and poorly managed location."
