"The food has gotten way better and for the price it's an excellent value. They ran out of root beer and the employee gave me a 2 liter of coke instead, he threw in a 20 oz root beer as there way of saying sorry. Great customer service."

"I have given this place my time and money on at least a dozen times hoping for the best but it somehow gets worse every time.. I'm done trying because clearly management here is non-existent! I hope the franchise takes back it's store from this owner at this point. Give it to someone else who wants to make money and people happy"

"This location is always hilariously understaffed and service suffers greatly as a result. Placed an app order for 2 pizzas and a stuffed cheesy bread on a random Thursday night. Called the restaurant after 45 minutes to confirm the tracker was correct that the food was still in the prep stage. Employee confirmed. I asked if they were understaffed and he stated yes and there were 3 people on staff. I immediately cancelled our order and requested a full refund. I don’t think we will be ordering again from this location. Ownership/management please take inventory of this sinking ship."

"Any time I’ve tried to order here it’s been awful service. The first time the driver delivered the pizza and told me it looked funny and they were sorry. Why deliver food that wasn’t actually edible? I decided to give it another try, and after this last time I’m done. I ordered ahead of time for delivery and received a call 30 minutes later being told that they didn’t have a driver. I told them it was fine and I’d come pick it up and asked if it was ready. They told me it was going in the oven right then. Waited 15 minutes, then headed over. When I walked in, they hadn’t even started it and were passing the blame between each other of whose fault it was. It was super unprofessional and a waste of my time and gas. Good luck with refunds and make sure they go through. I’m not chancing this place again, and would rather spend my money elsewhere."

"Calling in your order is always the best. They even offer you a discount if you pick up your order. Fast service, I normally order for a family of 6 and it takes about 15 minutes to be ready for pick up. The kids have fun writing on the chalkboard for those of us that can remember them being in schools, lol. The only reason for 4/5 stars is because if they’re slammed it can be hard to get your order in a timely fashion. Other than that, great place for pizza!"
