"I hate to say it but there’s very valid reasons a few of the people in this office were “released” from their previous positions at another Texoma dealership after many, many years of employment. Telling customers “I’ve been doing this for years” and mansplaining to women when asked questions is unacceptable. The internet prices are great until you realize they’re going to tack on thousands of dollars of warranties you don’t need and then tell you the bank requires them when you question it. The bank will never require you to purchase warranties to qualify for financing, it’s a scam. Don’t fall for it. If you have already, call and cancel it, it was strictly to boost their commission."
