"This pharmacy is a joke. Prescription is never actually ready. Rude staff. Came to get pain meds for my boyfriend who just had surgery and was told to come back in four hours, just to fill 14 pills. They close wherever they feel like and sometimes just don't have a pharmacist at all. DON'T COME HERE."
"I totally get that the insurance system was hacked. My insurance company told me there is a form that needs to be filled out with the pharmacy. A 30 day supply will be done.So I called Walgreens back they told me they don't have a form. I asked if other pharmacys Do The pharmacist told me to call around. Seriously?!?! Please tell me why your pharmacy doesn't have the form. It's not my job to figure out your company. People need their meds."
"I had a great experience shopping this Walgreens. I do DoorDash, and some orders are more difficult to pick than others. When I got stuck on a few items, the staff was courteous, friendly, and eager to help. They helped me find everything I needed, so the order was a great success. They were knowledgeable about the products and where to find them, which signicantly cut down my shopping time. My experience with this store was great."
"If I could give 0 stars, I would. I will never go back to this store again. My husband is a USAF Veteran, he's trying to get on the list for a double lung transplant with the UofU. He's 100% service related, disabled with End Stage COPD and is in a wheelchair because of chemical exposure from working on fighter jets for most of his 30 year carreer. Due to the snow storm on Wednesday we had to wait until Thursday to go to HAFB RX to get his meds which made us late getting to Walgreens for a prescheduled online appt for a Hep B shot required by the U, one of the requirements to be considered as a candidate for the transplant. Knowing we were running late because the base pharmacy was so backed up, I called and told the girl who answered the phone in the Walgreens pharmacy the situation and that we were going to be late, she said ok but just so you know we are off for lunch at 1:30, I said we are hurrying but I'm sure we'll be there before then. We pulled into the Walgreens parking lot at 1:18 and I hurried up and wheeled him straight back to the pharmacy, the girl took practically 10 minutes staring at the computer screen and looking at his id, and finally said "well the problem is you are too late because we go to lunch in 8 minutes". I said please can't he get the shot before that, as it wasn't even 1:30 yet and that I had called to let them them know I was held up and she said "yes. I'm the one you talked to but your appt was 12:45 and we're entitled to a lunch just like everybody else. " Her exact words . After pleading with her for several minutes I knew she was not going to budge and she kept saying no, no, no. She was so cold and it actually seemed like it gave her satisfaction to turn him away. With a dead pan face she repeatedly said several times "have a nice day mam". How ironic for her to say she was ENTITLED to a lunch break !! I guess she didn't think my husband was ENTITLED to her spending 5 or 10 lousy minutes to administer a vaccine that would help him qualify to get a life saving operation. I can't get over the uncaring, heartless attitude that girl showed my husband. Shame on you Walgreens ! You should not hire people who have no more appreciation than that to show to our Veterans who have sacrificed so much for this country. Lillie A White Harrisville Utah"
"After reading all of the negative reviews I found on the day of my appointment, I was very worried about the service I would receive when I got there. I was actually very pleasantly surprised! The technician was very helpful and processed my request as fast as the system would allow, and my interaction with the pharmacist could not have gone better. I will be making another appointment for my flu shot in a couple of weeks!"
