"Talk about rude and not knowing what they are talking about. Called ahead to find out if they had grass bales of hay. Was told they had premium grass hay for $18 and change. When I get to the cashier, they tell me that they do not have any and that I was told incorrectly. I drove 10 miles to get this, to be told it was too bad and, “At the end of the day it’s not on me.” Wow! What great customer service and satisfaction. When I made mention that I was now going to have to travel back across town to get what I needed, the store employee said, “Fine by me.” Shrugged his shoulders and smiled. No apology, nothing."

"I’ve bought dozens of pairs of Carhartt pants here. I also purchased a couple of handguns and ammo here, as well as the best quality socks. Great store!"
