"I've been getting pizza, beer, snacks and playing the games here for years and will NEVER be back! I was playing and one of the employees came up, pushed the button and said oops my bad and walked off. Was only one dollar but it's the fact that it was my money and neither employee even apologized or offered me a refund or explanation."
"Card machine was not working on pump so paid inside , where the attendant said ‘oh yeah that’s been happening’! only to see a $150 hold come up on my card. If you have broken card machines, place a sign letting customers know so they don’t have money taken out of their account, even if only temporarily."
