"They told me my item would be ready in 1 hour on a Friday and I wasn't able to pick it up until end of day Monday. Then when I picked it up and it was not what I had ordered, but the owner wasn't willing to admit that he had put the design in the wrong place or work with me at all, when I know 100 percent that is not what I told him, very poor customer service and would not recommend."
