"There was super long wait more than 40 minutes with more than 6 open tables. They made us wait by the door instead of seating us. After 30 minutes we tried to order and they said we couldn't until we were seated. We asked of we could why we couldn't wait at any of the many open tabkes and they said it backs up the kitchen. 2 families left after waiting for 25 minutes. One asked the "hostess" if they could be seated at the empty tables. This was our second time we visisted. The pizza was good but took 1 hour after we were seated. Our appetizers took 45 minutes. There were only 4 tables seated ahead of us and there were still 4 empty tables the whole time we were at our table. We also had to go get our bill 20 minutes after finishing. We were very disappointed. They could have seated all who were waiting and served beverages at least and appetizers possibly."
