"After placing our order we waited in the drive up line for 30 minutes finally the employee asked us to pull into a waiting spot. We waited another 15 minutes watching car after car receive their orders at the window. An employee brought an order out to the car parked next to us. I told her we had been waiting for 45 minutes and not received our order. She told me they didn’t have an order for us. I then took my receipt inside and asked for a refund because we could not wait any longer. Our order magically appeared, but the manager told the employee to just “waste” the food because she had just given me a refund. I then watched the employee put my order in the garbage. I realize they were busy, but the situation was handled so poorly."

"They get our orders wrong quite often and so I've been checking to make sure I have my complete order before I leave the second window. Nope. It was wrong, so I knocked on the window and waited about 5 more minutes (after already waiting about 20 minutes in line) before they opened the window. They were so ignorant and rude to me for not just leaving with the wrong order that was given me. I was being very patient considering the long wait. I didn't complain. And yet no apologies from them or anything, just angry sighs and slamming the window on me a few times before finally giving me the correct order. They were busy. I understand them being flustered, but to treat me like dirt and expect me to accept the wrong order and leave is absurd."

"Went inside to order food and did not get acknowledged at all. I made eye contact with every single worker there - at least 5 employees. After waiting patiently at the counter for over 10 minutes . We decided to just order at the self checkout. Once our food was done the lady rudely threw our bag our food at us and was mad at us for asking for the BBQ sauce that I put on the order for my chicken nuggets. I've honestly never been treated as poorly as these employees decided to treat us. The food was good at least but the service honestly was very disappointing and had us all pretty upset."

"Worst McDonald’s ever. Order a double quarter pound cheeseburger with bacon. There was no bacon. Told manager about it and she put one pice of bacon it. Could not even make a fresh item. Then had to argue to get a refund. Don’t even waste your time with this location. Drive to Nephi and avoid the one in Delta"

"The door says 6:00 a.m. I was at the door around 7:15 a.m. yesterday and the door was still locked. my app reflects the same hours as what is on the door; the hours are clearly wrong. Be aware of this when you're ordering with your app as only the drive-thru is open that early in the morning. I am hoping that management will fix this issue."
