"BEWARE “I really needed to talk to someone because my order was never received but when I called the customer service number, I didn't realize that I was actually calling someone's personal cell phone number which got me nowhere. And after all that, I still had no answer to my question.” Please keep in mind I tried to be fair. I originally made my purchase on 1/21/2023. I spent around $400'with this company to get no empathy in return. My biggest issue is the fact that when spending that much money, I would expect to get my order shipped from FedEx or UPS. Not the local postal service. I would have been more than happy to pay shipping to get it delivered to my porch, where we have cameras. My order consisted of a weekender bag & jumbo tote. So, I'm assuming that package was not small. However, delivery information said delivered to mail box. My mailbox is located at the bottom of my driveway on the main road. Seems as so this company chooses to ship with local postal service to save money. At least pay for the insurance! After all my calls, I received several return text messages. If this is considered customer service, I'm very displeased! All I ever asked for was to have my items shipped back or a partial credit on their website so I didn't feel like I lost $400 & 2 months of no answers. I'm glad that people think the world is a trusting place. Unfortunately the world we live in people drive around look & prey on situations like this. With all this being said... Just Beware! Doesn't matter how much you spend. This small business clearly use postal service & once they have your money care no longer!!"
