"My family really likes this school! I have 2 elementary kiddos. They spend less hours on reading and math, but still outperform nearby schools. With the extra time they jam-pack the kids' day with foreign languages, music, art, PE, science, and history. The communication with parents is superb and I have nothing but praise for the teachers (even when dealing with challenging situations with my kids). As a bonus, it is a very culturally diverse school and they do events that support learning about other's backgrounds and appreciating your own which I think is lovely. They do field trips and after school activities. Parents are involved and administration has been very helpful and welcoming. The VALOR program for supporting social-emotional skills is active and effective. The uniform is reasonable supports school comraderie and I like that it goes through 8th grade."

The mastery program is amazing and the amount of different classes he’s able to participate in (as a kindergartner) help round him up! Keep it up!"

"I attended here from kindergarten up to ninth grade. This school put me so far ahead of the curriculum when I switched into a public high school. It's a small school, so you get individual attention and you know everyone on a personal basis, which is so great. The uniforms had no benefit and it took me a year after Monticello to figure out my fashion sense because I'd never had the option to dress to my own style. Otherwise, I genuinely miss this school now that I am out, it's a great place. To this day, some of my very best friends have come from this school."

"We feel so fortunate for our 2nd-grader to have been accepted at this incredible academy! From the very beginning the Director was amazing and took the time to give us a detailed tour of the campus and make sure all of our questions and concerns were thoroughly answered! Due to family events we were unable to attend back-to-school night, but our students teacher happily arranged for us to come in earlier and go over everything in-depth! Our child has made tremendous improvements in academics, behavior, and focus and attention! They say the Pledge of Allegiance every morning, and aren’t indoctrinated with the liberal psychosis which currently permeates most of today’s public schools. They boast a state-of-the-art gymnasium, learn Chinese, cursive, Singapore math, music, band, art, sports and so much more! All of the faculty seem like family and genuinely care about each and every student! I feel like I could go on and on with accolades for this academy! We have been nothing short of thrilled with Monticello Academy!! Best of all, our student LOVES going to school here!!"
