"Online inventory is almost always wrong on the items I choose for curbside pick up. I’ve tried communicating this back to the TS manager. But to date they’ve never offered any adjustments , coupons or discounts for the inconvenience of their inaccuracy. Hope they can fix this. Have otherwise really liked shopping there. I work full time and count on the stores I use to keep up with my busy lifestyle. I can’t count on Tractor supply’s online system ever- and that’s a deal killer."
"We went for cat food that we were having trouble ordering online,2 bags.We also ended up getting Cat litter, bird seed, great sale prices on jeans, coveralls, rain boots for little girls, kitten food, and cat treats. We ended up getting even more items than listed here, we had a lot of help from the staff who were all very personable, knowledgeable. We will return to resupply for certain items"
"Overall we did get what we needed. I took a few phone calls and wandering around the store to finally talk to you the right person who was informed and helped us on the phone no one else knew what we were talking about and I took a second phone call and I’m on research ultimately the store had it and only one employee was able to help us overall tractor supply is awesome -1*just for the extra hassle that really wasn’t necessary"
