"We specifically asked for only 3/4 of an inch of our golden doodle and a simple “teddy bear” trim. He had no matting and is brushed daily. He was shaved to bear skin and his tail had a poodle fluff. The groomer even came out to hear our specific requests. They chose the easy cut and was done in less than 2 hours. Totally disappointed."
