"First, the gentleman working at the bar was quite rude and rolled his eyes at my relatives when they decided not to buy a drink. Our server was quite nice; however, I ordered the daily special of chicken noodle soup. It was $8. They gave me what was obviously canned chicken noodle soup. I get that it’s hard to come by fresh things in the mountains but $8 for Progressive? When I asked the server for fries instead, she kindly accommodated me but I just have the vibe from the other workers they’re gonna spit in my food. Avoid this place."
"Beautiful atmosphere and great service! The food was good too, but just missed the mark on a few details. Prices are a little high, but that's a given as this is a resort."
"Great dinner on a busy evening. Servers were attentive and took care of us quickly after a 20-min wait. Fireplace was a fun place to sit with the kids…thanks for making that area all-ages. Burgers were tasty; fries were unique and a real surprise."
"Our server was lovely. She was personable and quite fun to chat with. However, that was the only positive experience we had. Where do I begin. The menu states a number wings, we asked for 2 orders and both were short a wing. The meat balls came out with a cold and hard “cheesy garlic baguette”. No quality check once the food hit the table. All of this after having waited for an hour for a table. The fries came out lukewarm - which while waiting for a table, I watched food sit for 5-10 minutes before being ran to a table."
"I don’t know if the waitress just broke up with her boyfriend or someone died, but she was in a terrible mood. Made the meal really unpleasant. On top of that, the food was not good. Took 2 bites and couldn’t eat any more. I know it’s a mountain town and hard to get ingredients up there, but that was gross."
