"We always stop in Beaver on our way south and we have found a new favorite stop for our need for lunch or dinner. This place has excellent food at reasonable prices and I was extremely impressed with the staff as a older widow with a cane came into the restaurant and sat by us, the staff immediately came over and took her order and made sure she had a drink and their delicious marinated carrots and chips while she waited for her meal. What 5 star service for someone who really does deserve some special attention.......I was very impressed. We chatted with this widow and was delighted to spend time in a restaurant that cares so much for their regular customers. We will be sure to stop there every time we can, we just love the food and the staff."

"We ate at Beaver Taco first time as we were traveling through the area. We both ordered veggie burritos and they had a great flavor to them. The art was fun in there as well."

"I got the chili Verde. Man it's hard to find that stuff made right. This is the best Mexican I ever had and I grew up with a Mexican family in Arizona. They could charge double and id say it's worth every penny. Gigantic authentic tortilla. The salsas amazing. The Hot carrots. It's everything I could ask for. What a great place hidden in the middle of nowhere."

"It was a quick pit stop on the way to SLC and attached to a gas station but for how remote this spot is - definitely worth it. For the price point, the food was still well flavored, came out quickly, and they had a salsa bar which was aromatic but not too spicy overall. I got the carnitas and chorizo tacos which both were very juicy!"

"The food here is similar to Pollo Tropical chain in Florida. Veggies in tacos were fresh. Overall, good food if you are into Mexican food. Recommended dish - Chorizo taco."
