"I am normally a 100% Taco Casa fan all the way but my most recent trip I was very disappointed I spent +$10 and didn't receive $3 worth of food very skimpy everything for it to be super nachos ... step it back up TC"
"I went to Taco Casa in Calera, Oklahoma to pick up dinner for my family. I ordered 2 Super Nachos, 2 Super Tacos, Bean Burrito, Chilada, Tostada and a gallon of sweet tea. When I got home all I had was 2 Super Nachos and the tea. Went back to get the rest of my order, didn't even leave the parking lot and had to go back because they still missed part of my order. They never even gave me my Childa. I was to mad to even go back up there. I was told that there was 4 new people work today. The young man they had running the drive thru, today was his 2nd day. We never saw any management there. I thought it would've gotten better, it has been 7 months since I was there because of the same issues. When we were leaving, I had another customer tell me that in the 30 minutes they were there, they watch 4 others go through the drive thru (not even leave the parking lot) go back in because their order was also messed up."
"The staff are great and the food is always fresh and delicious. I go here 2 or 3 times a week and they have yet to mess up my order. Now the Durant location is a whole different story."
