Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

"I’ve been hearing a lot of good things about there fried chicken. And this was the first time I had the chance to taste it. OMG!!!! The chicken sandwich was so juicy and not too salty. I tried it with and with out the dipping sauce. And to tell you the truth it was perfect fine without adding any more sauce. I also got to try the white cheddar cheese curds. Also yummy. But you want to eat them when they are fresh. The restaurant was very clean and the restrooms were also very clean. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Just wish you had a location in California."

Had some issues with an order on a previous day and I talked to them and they not only helped resolve my issue they provided exceptional customer service and went above and beyond for me. Thankful for all their help! If this was Ancient Rome and I was an emperor, I would have a gladiator battle a lion for their entertainment. These guys are awesome!"

"What an experience. Someone was passed out in the bathroom after vomiting chicken in the sink. The cashier was confused why my husband and I were ordering/paying together, and apparently wasn't supposed to even be taking orders. The manager coughed right on the drink cups when called over and wanted to charge us again even though I showed that the payment appeared on my bank app. We finally sat down and found that someone wrote in the layer of grime on the table. which explained why the floor was so sticky. Bits of food were stuck to the floor throughout the dining area, in spite of the Wet Floor signs implying it was cleaned recently. When my #1 was done, the dirty ketchup packet was about the same size as the chicken Fingerz™. KFC is across the street FYI."

"The place was clean and the service was nice, but the food is just not worth it. My wings were tough, probably the toughest wings I've ever had. The fried pickles were extremely salty. I couldn't really even taste the pickles, and they were also tough. The food is just really poor quality, especially for how much you pay for it."

"After a bit of a wait, I ordered a salad minus tomatoes and onions. I got a salad with everything on it. I also ordered the new chicken Philly. It was half the size of any regular sandwich with only a few pieces of chicken and NO peppers or onions. Disappointment!"
