"For $13.21 i got a burrito with pork rice and beans. Plenty to fill me up. I came with a side salad and a 4oz dressing, but I didn't get a drink, its extra. The 4oz dressing was a $1 and the cheese enchiladas style on top of the burrito was $1 to a total of $13.21. Good deal, and tastes good. If your single there are two seat tables."
"I've been to Cafe Rio often in many locations. Some are better than others but this one was really bad. There was something wrong with my tortilla, it was dry and tough. The rice was also hard and crusty. Service was good and the restaurant was clean but they don't have the standard drink bar and both of the iced teas were empty."
"Honestly, I don't have issues with majority of the locations in Southern Utah, but Cafe Rio in Cedar City has been consistently disappointing. Every single time I have ordered from them in the past year (which is frequent because my family LOVES Cafe Rio) something is either missing or made wrong. Just tonight, I asked for guacamole on my burrito, they put it on my salad instead. When I transfered it over to my husband's burrito, the amount wasn't even a full scoop. Absolutely ridiculous. They forget to smother our burritos frequently, or put the wrong meat in my salad, or forget utensils. On top of it all, they ask for a tip every single time we make it to the window. I quit giving them because I am ALWAYS expecting a mess up, and every time I am correct. Honestly, I get it. The pay is terrible considering what most pay, but for crying out loud, just train your employees better. This is unacceptable. I will no longer be spending my money at this establishment."
"Ordered there salsa, guacamole and chips side. This is the guacamole I received. Like who thinks this is okay. And please have your workers stop asking for a tip when going through the drive through. I'm not using your establishment."
"Chipotle style - choose whether you want taco, burrito, salad, nachos, then choose the meat, sauce and additional toppings. Slightly pricey for what it is - $14.02 for nachos w/ lime beef and soda, but they did give a lot of chips. (I didn't have guac nor sour cream nor other add-on extras.) Taste was just ok. Meat was concentrated near the center - could use slightly more. Chips was somewhat close to being stale but edible still. I think they charged me for the salsa verde but the menu said I get to pick my sauce. Plenty of seating both indoor and outdoor (shaded) but some tables needed to be wiped. Overall not terrible, but the flavor was still not there. Quick service. Plenty of parking."
