"UNPROFESSIONAL!! Honestly… when we first bought our house Farmers was the cheapest. I used to work in Auto and Home insurance, I would never speak to customers the way this company has. They started my insurance 2.5 months before I told them we were closing on my house. When I called them they told me I gave them false information.. that’s weird when I asked for this to start in January at the earliest but it started in November?! When my renewal came around it was $1300 higher?! As well as my auto being higher every other month? We changed cars but they told me a rate that was not true. When I called to cancel because State Farm was cheaper, the older guy went on for 30 minutes about how bad of a decision I made (even though I had my roof destroyed from a storm and Farmers had my deductible at $7200?! Who can match that?!) and told me State Farm aren’t paying claims(against the law might I add) and that when storm season comes “I hope it doesn’t bite you in the ass”. I have never had a professional company speak to me so poorly. I told him I didn’t appreciate being spoke to this way and he LAUGHED at me. I hung up and then received another call because I had to send an email saying I wanted my policies canceled. And he hung up as soon as I said okay I’ll send it. BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!"
"Tyler has been my insurance agent for over three years since moving to Tulsa. Anytime I need to add or remove coverage its a breeze. Tyler or his dad Keith are always friendly, helpful and make sure I get taken care of."
"Absolutely terrible agent. Tyler himself will never actually talk to you, even if you request that. No thought or consideration for the client is provided. My coverages were not accurately done and they are being very dishonest and refusing to acknowledge their mistake or take any responsibility. Tyler's father is the only one that will call you back and if you try to say anything counter to what he is saying or the direction he wants the conversation to go, he becomes aggressive and combative despite telling you "I am on your side." They have done nothing to help me during a claim process. Dealing with "Tyler" - more accurately his father - has been a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend him to anyone."
"Tyler has done my insurance for many years now, and someone at his agency is always available anytime I need. I literally just emailed them minutes ago and had a quick response. He's a good guy and always looks out for his clients best interests."
"Worst agent ever. Worst insurance company ever. Every time I call to speak with Tyler, it goes to their automated line. I have to press 1 to inquire about getting a new quote (they're quicker to respond to those calls than pressing 2 to check the status of a claim). Amazingly, Keith, Tyler's dad, not Tyler, calls back within a matter of minutes thinking someone wants a new quote. My Jeep was supposed to be finished and out of the shop on Tuesday. Now, because Farmers has taken their time getting the money to the shop, it won't be finished until Friday. I can't say enough how pathetic they are. Don't waste your time or money."
