"I’m a business customer that’s a diamond member. I’ve been using primarily choice hotels for 15 years. This is my first time committing on anything much less a hotel experience. I booked two rooms for my crew that was traveling. I called ahead of the reservation to confirm they had trailer parking and CC authorization forms. I typically and always have booked the reservations on the Choice app put on the comments who is going to be checking in with their names. I send the crew with the credit card at the room for purchase with and then they send a credit card authorization form to accept the credit card, in this case, the employee said they do have credit card authorization forms so I booked everything online like typical the guys traveled there took 10 hours got there at 2 AM in the morning just to get refused from the employee saying that they cannot use that credit card and if we are going to do a credit card authorization form, it needs to be 48 hours in advance. Allegedly they noticed the reservation earlier in the day asked for approval from the manager the manager declined, and they did not call me to give me a heads up, so at 2 AM in the morning they sent my sleep deprived employees out and they ran my credit card Payment. I called the next morning talk to the franchise owner/manager. He refused to give me the money back so apparently they have no integrity and employees are not trained with their business policies. By the way the guys checking in had the same last name of what’s in the CC. Hopefully if anyone really believes in integrity they will not stay and help fund this establishment"

"This place is very nice, clean, and quiet. I really disliked the fact that we weren't allowed to take our breakfast to our room, and also the weird round egg patty things would have been more edible as part of an egg bacon/sausage and cheese biscuit or something like that, but instead they were served with biscuits and gravy with no sausage whatsoever. They could at least invest in the waffle maker like other places, or at the very least throw some frickin tortillas, cheese, and salsa out there. Hello!"

"Me and a friend of mine stayed at this hotel for a girl's night & we had a blast. She was the one that checked us in so i'm assuming service was great, the area is okay considering but the only thing that bothered me was that the fridge had no freezer & the fact that they had a bowl to put ice in but they didn't have ice. My friend had to drive to sonic to get ice. Other then that it was great girls night and a wonderful stay."

"After getting checked in and going to the room I had booked, we discovered the bath tub was dirty with hair and there was left over trash in room. Otherwise the room was nice. The next morning we noticed there was no dirty clothes bag in our room and called the front desk to send one up. The called the room a few min later and said it was ready at the front desk, when I asked if they would bring it up they said " we don't do that". When I went to desk to get the bag they told me they don't have clothes bags and just gave me a trash bag."

"Staying at this hotel was a great deal. It has the look and feel of a three-star facility but at a two-star price. What's more, David at the front desk, truly understands what makes for excellent customer service. He made certain that my stay was nothing less than wonderful!"
