"Way faster to go inside and order yourself. Even with no other cars in front. Always like this. Plus drive thru is rude. Stop hiring kids that don't care."

"Ordered through app went to curbside to pick up waited 20 minutes nothing yet went inside to check nobody wanted to help then it said my ordered was completed and got no food and I was running late to work so wasted 30 ish minutes"

"I do not usually complain, but this order was not what I expected from McDonald's. I ordered a Fish Meal and cookies. The fish and the fries were cold and the sandwich looked as though someone had thrown it together from across the room. I asked for bottled water and was given a large cup of tap water instead. I would have gladly paid the difference between choosing bottled water versus a soda for the drink. The cookies were good."

"If there was an option for zero stars I would have rated that. Puller to drive thru with 2 cars in front of me and operator said they weren’t allowed to take anymore orders. I mean if you’re not allowed to take any orders then why are you still serving food. Last I was there I waited in line for 20 mins for just a 6 piece nugget, they are also very stingy with their sauce to the point they charge for extra. Will NEVER come here again."

"Extremely rude after being the ones to forget our order in the first place. Gave them the receipt to make the order again and we pull to the third window. They forget one drink and the sauces. When we asked for what was missing, we were accused of not paying for the sauce (which I wasn’t even aware you had to pay for but was Indeed on the receipt anyways) and the drink. When we said we did we were practically yelled at to give back the receipt. We did not have the receipt because they had already taken it back at the second window. Overall very displeased with the horrible attitude and customer service. This is coming from two people who work management at another fast food place, as well."
