"I've already told the lady that owns this place that I will be back. Because it is very clean and tidy. I had no problems except for the dang smoke alarm lol but other than that is good price 52 dollars a night maybe a little bit more I don't know but it's right in that area. If you go anywhere else most of the motels in that area are dirty so please go in there and stay I stayed three nights because it was clean. And it's big rooms two beds queen size beds for that kind of price I'll be back"

"I'm giving it 5 stars because it's exactly as I expected it to be. It's a small motel by a nice State Park and it's very quaint. It's cash or check only and she lets you know that right from the start so you're not caught off guard. The room is simple with A/C and heat and very clean. The bathrooms were standard with clean towels (they smelled like the were laundered with bleach) and the bed linens were clean. It's very affordable and right next to a bar and a restaurant which are nice and country-style."

"Awesome place to stay at. Yes it's obviously basic, but if you come to fort Cobb you shouldn't be expecting the Hilton. It's basic for your needs, a bed, t.v. and a bathroom. There is a full kitchen on site for all 10 rooms, and it works well. Within walking distance there is a small store, bar and lake access. Great times can be had here with good friends."
