"This store is AWESOME! This is how Red Wing Stores used to be! GREAT customer service! I’m from California and I went to my local red wing store before I left to come to Oklahoma for work, looking for insoles and laces for my boots. They didn’t even bother to look up the insoles and immediately said they were discontinued. They gave me laces that were massively too long. So I called this store, and they looked up the insoles and ordered them for me. Here I am in my first week in Oklahoma, the insoles came in. I drove into the store, literally 3 wonderful ladies came out to help me. They went in the back and got the insoles, another one got the correct length laces for my boots AND the put them in my boots for me! WOWZA! That’s how Red Wing used to be in California when I first bought my first pair of red wings about 15 years ago, they were full service. In California now, you are lucky they even look up at you and greet you, much less put any effort into helping you. I’m really happy to see that at least THIS store is AWESOME! Thank you to the wonderful young ladies that helped me! You all really brightened my trip! I HAD to leave a 5 star review, you were awesome! Red Wing, if you read this, whomever manages this store needs to come to California as a secret shopper and go to my local store in Temecula and fix it! Haha"

"OMG these guys and gals are amazing. They are so knowledgeable and helpful!!! There's a new 3D scanner for your feet and they can get you in the perfect boot/shoe and the proper insole. If you spend anytime on your feet and they hurt, go see them and they'll get you back to comfort. My husband's first pair messed up and they ordered him a different pair but allowed him to wear the other pair till the new ones came in after popping the dial back in on the dial lace."

"I have never had better service at a boot store. The employees here are truly dedicated to helping customers find the perfect fit. If they don't have your size in stock, they can check the warehouse or call other stores to find it. The insoles they offer aren't cheap, but you really should consider them if you're standing in your boots all day. The normal insoles that come in most of the boots don't hold up very well in my experience. The upgraded insoles are designed by Superfeet, a well-known insole company with manufacturing in the USA. The store recommended a specific type of insoles based on my feet that brought new life to my old pair of boots!"
