Budget Inn

"The guy who runs the place tried to charge my girlfriend and I $90 for one night, smoking, two people, no pets, smoking room right after telling us on the phone it would be $54. When we mentioned this fact, he lied and said we never talked to him over the phone. After my girlfriend pulled out her phone and proved that she had called and talked to him, he changed it back to $54. Then he gives us a room where the fridgerater doesn't work and no towels or toilet paper."

"Great hospitality from guest services despite the lack of huge corporate backing. Single owner small business, with that home town Texas feel. The volume is off of these and the house is not gonna hurt to the wall on your side of the doors back to the front porch or something."

"I got a week stay and ive been here 1 night and before 9 am, I have found and killed almost 10 bed bugs. The shower curtain at the bottom is molded. The ceiling is dripping water right beside the bed. The walls are dirty. There was no toilet paper or towels in the room. He also charged for the room key after charging for the week stay. The tables are worn down and the bottom of the drawer is falling out. I dread the rest of this stay."

"I arrived at the budget inn late on Friday and rented a room for the week and was denied a receipt, then was told to come back the next day for it and was treated like I was out of line to be asking in the first place. He then asked when I leave for work? In away that would make you worry, he went in my room to shut the a/c off but never cleaned, left towels of anything like that. That following Thursday I was woke up to him in my door way turning the light on (didn't knock) to inform me that rent was as due and I had to go straight to the office to pay immediately after explaining to him three times that it isn't due until tomorrow he was looking around my like he was looking for something specific, I had to use the door to get him gone. The fridge was broke and only one electrical outlet worked. The best part of the place, it was quiet..."
