"Wonderful customer service!! Everyone we came in contact with was so kind-hearted and took care of us, we stayed in another hotel the night before and it was horrible. They went out of their way to let us check in a little early. Room was very clean and bed was supper comfortable. We will definitely be staying here next time we're in town."

"The location is perfect - near all of the shops and restaurants. The service was fantastic - the desk agent was friendly and helpful. My issue was that the room smelled musty - Ugh. Kinda like water damage + old socks. The hallway carpeting was old and should be replaced soon. The parking was plentiful and the lobby was clean and modern. I'll give them another chance if I'm in the area again."

"The king-sized mattress in our room sagged in the middle and my husband and I both rolled towards the middle throughout the night. I got warm while sleeping so I decided to turn on the AC. It was soooo loud that I switched it back off. Carpet is outdated and worn - would definitely look a lot better if it were changed out. Breakfast was pretty good for a free breakfast."

"Such a welcoming and delightful staff. I arrived close to midnight, and was greeted with kindness, and a smile. The lobby decorated for the Christmas season was so pretty and well organized and clean. The lobby offered a warm and welcoming ambiance. The breakfast was good, one of the best I have had in hotels in a while, I travel for work and frequent hotels as a home away from home. I whole heartedly give five stars. Thank you for your professionalism and dedication to your customers."

"Rooms: appeared to not be thoroughly cleaned. Dead roach in restroom, restroom looked like it needs updating. I found empty pistachio seeds on the carpet, showing the place was not vacuumed thoroughly. Hallway had dust and hair. Rooms looked okay. Found more dust all over lamps. Provided my feedback regarding the room since I was asked and was told: “Okay I am sorry about that, I will make sure to let the housekeeper know tomorrow morning. Thank you for letting us know”. To me, this is not a solution at all for the situation now. Never stayed at a Hampton Inn before and won’t be staying again. Service: decent enough, no complaints. Nothing above average. Location: is good for us since it’s a midway stopping point for us to rest, and there is a lot of restaurants and a target next door. Overall: won’t be saying again as cleanliness is top priority."
