"I transferred policies on 3 hours and 3 cars to this office. About a month later I get a letter saying they cancelled 2 of the houses because the roof didn’t pass Inspection. One of the 2 had a roof that was less than 5 years old and the other house was in the Process of getting a new roof. Long sorry short- spent about 15 hours of my life on the phone with them because they cancelled my car policies without telling me and I never asked for that and didn’t know until time to get a tag- even though they were still deducting my premiums. Also cancelled without permission or notice my homeowners policy for no reason(turns out it was a mistake, as I spent hours telling them) and then their to change me a reinstatement fee. Incompetence does not even begin to describe how truly bad this office is. If you truly love spending hours on the phone to solve problems you didn’t cause on issues that should have never happened and then beating your head against a wall, then this is the office for you. There needs to be a no star option."
