"I do not usely write reviews however I'm motivated to do so based on my experience and it is not a good one. After driving 20 plus hours from Virginia, we looked forward to a relaxing evening to unwind in the hotel. Needless to say, my expectations were quickly shattered upon opening the door to the room. Everything in the room appeared to be original and it definitely showed. If i could post the many photos i have, you would walk in my shoes. One would think by being associated with Hilton, this would be much better than this. The microwave does not work, the television in the bedroom does not work, the windows were probably cleaned 25 years ago. The only thing that appears to be presentable and somewhat new are the telephone and television ( uhhh, its not working). By the way, yes i mentioned this to the front desk and asked if there was another room available and the answer was "We are at capacity". Well my blood pressure is also at capacity. Whoever the manager is of this hotel and if you are reading this, you should be ashamed to have guest exposed to this. I have a question for the manager...Have you looked in these rooms? I do not think so. I'm not sure how the other rooms look however there is funiture in here that should have been thrown away many years ago. I'm going to stop writing now because the more I write, the more i look around this room, the more i look around, the higher my blood pressure gets. For the reader, you can stay here if you want but once you check into your room, you will remember me. For the management, do not be angry with this review. Fix the problem. I will post this review also on Trip Advisor where photos can be attached."
"While in Lawton, Oklahoma Tony & I stayed in the Homewood Suites by Hilton. It's located right off the main highway across from the Comanche Nation's Casino and near Fort Sill We had traveled most of the day and just needed to rest. The room was quite nice and very spacious. We arrived after 8pm but the check in lady was very pleasant. The hot breakfast the next morning was wonderful. I had raisin bran with 2% milk, raisins, cranberries and fresh blueberries while Tony enjoyed cheese omelets sausage links and toast...Great breakfast ladies!! J Highly recommend!!! Very clean and great staff!!! Hilton never disappoints me!"
"Room was good but a few flaws. No bedding for the pullout bed mold in the shower and ice bucket. Other than that the room was nice. Had breakfast at 630 but it was cold. Then got home and found out they "accidentally" charges my husband's card for an extra 150$. Got a refund but the manager didn't seem to care at all about the mistake."
"This is by far the worst Hilton hotel I have stayed in. The rooms were filthy. The furniture is old, stained, and disgusting. I had to drape sheets over the couch and stairs to sit on them. The tub was full of mold and mildew and that's not the worst part. I woke up in the morning to rats scratching in the wall and ceiling. The hotel needs to be seriously upgraded or torn down and I would suggest the latter."
"After driving, 13 1/2 hours, I was provided a room that was unsanitary. By that, I mean it was being filtered using an ozone filter. The room had a strong, pungent smell. In addition, the staff at the hotel, who checked me in, was very rude and unaccommodating. In fact, although I initially reserved a handicapped room (because my mother who was with me is in a wheelchair), the staff tried to provide me a smaller room, that was not handicap equipped, and wanted to charge me the higher price. The price difference was 126$ per night for the double Queen handicap room and 107$ per night for a double queen. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a Hilton. And as a Hilton Honors member, this is completely unacceptable."
