"If I could leave ten stars, I would! Scott has been my agent for about seven or eight years now. I switched from Farmer’s and saved over $1200/year right out of the gate. Since using Scott, I’ve changed vehicles on my policy no less than a dozen times. Each time, I send an email to Scott and my policy is updated with new cards sent nearly immediately. On top of that, Scott handles all of my investment properties and works directly with the lenders so that I don’t have to worry about it at all. Scott has written all of the policies I need from personal vehicle policies to my company’s general liability and everything in between. Recently, I emailed Scott to change my policy because I sold a truck and replaced it with a new one. Scott immediately began working on my policy and within a couple of hours he emailed me with some news. He switched companies and policies altogether because he didn’t like the increase in price when the new truck was added. To me, that speaks volumes. I emailed asking for him to add my new truck and remove the old one. That’s it. Instead, Scott took it upon himself to shop the best option for me and switched all of my vehicles over to the new policy completely. This switch ended up saving me money even though the truck was much newer and worth more. I’ll add that I’ve had to file claims twice and both times I had a wonderful experience. I couldn’t recommend anyone more than I recommend Scott Webb for any insurance needs. This guy is extremely good and his job and very responsive! Scott, I appreciate you!"
