"what a garbage company. they want your money on time. but when they need to pay you they will not only give you the run around , they will cheat you out of your settlement. when you call the claims department they put you on hold for hours at a time , then hang up on you. my daughter got hit by one of Thier customers ,first they tried to deny it when we came up with police report stating they at fault , then they said we will pay 75% only. they offered us 1363.07 when damages were more than 5000.00. then they said since you are covered 75% you do not qualify for car rental. Oklahoma statue does not have partial at fault but they violate the state law as well."

"Ignored messages about the wrecker they sent had me ride in my car on the wrecker and got tossed around like a rag doll. I was informed later they aren't allowed to have you ride in the car on wrecker and they didn't seem to care. I even sent them and the wrecker service emails and only hot a reply from a local agent who said my insurance doesn't cover it. Maybe they'll reply when I send the video to KFOR of GEICO and the wrecker service they sent that don't mind putting people's lives in danger. Thanks for ignoring me, I thought your insurance agency was supposed to have your back, not GEICO."
