"NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!! Nice folks taking your money but cover nothing when needed. Would give 0 stars . After being a loyal customer for 20 plus years with State Farm. Having to file very minimal claims over that period. State Farm refuses to follow through with our hail damage claim on our roof ruling it as weathered. Several roofers have set foot on our roof and verified hail damage not to mention weather data.. The adjuster with state Farm sits in an office at this point and sends someone out to take pics of your roof making a judgement from the pics. Wouldnt recommend to anyone! This is a 15 year old roof that should last 30. Here it is a week after I tried to contact Rick to see exactly what he needs from my roofer. Was told he'd call me back the next day. Still waiting. It shouldn't have to keep calling to talk to my agent. Makes me wonder if they did my roofer the same way! This is very frustrating!"
