"We recently used Country Club Boarding Kennels for our dogs, and our experience left much to be desired. Firstly, the policy against allowing customers to see the actual kennels raised concerns about transparency. The woman checking us in lacked any bedside manner when explaining this policy, which added to the overall discomfort. Moreover, the strict policy regarding owner responsibility for damages became an issue when we discovered our $25 leash completely chewed through upon picking up our dogs. It raises a valid question: How did our dog have unsupervised access to the leash? Unfortunately, due to these issues, we won't be using Country Club Boarding Kennels again, and we feel it's essential to warn other pet owners about these potential concerns. Transparency and accountability are crucial when entrusting our pets to a kennel, and, in this case, they fell short."
