"Doggie DTails is more concerned about their ratings then they are people pets that are family to them. They have their employee ZH along with her family and their daughter DC write 5 star reviews so that their ratings stay high. They don't care what loss families have endure. A staff gives the wrong dog to someone and they fire her. A staff neglects a dog in which resulted in the dog dying and they do nothing. Show where their priority are."

"My poodle got shaved too close on her belly and developed a bad skin infection. Maybe dirty razor? I spent $600 in vet bill. Don't go here. There are other places much better."

"I have taken my dog to Doggie Dtails for quite some time while I work so she could have a fun play day. On 10/30, I received a call a few hours after she arrived that my dog was dead. Due to the negligence and unsupervision, I've lost my best friend and companion. My dog was put in a faulty kennel, left unsupervised (per an employee there) and found after deceased. As they claim on their website "all dogs are free to run and play as they'd like during the day and will have constant interaction and supervision," 24/7 care, is just not how they operate. This should have and could have all been prevented.  If the owners were not living in Florida now maybe they would be able to keep up maintance and manage their facility. This will not bring my baby back, but hopefully will let others know what goes on behind the doors."

I must also mention that Rachel and the lovely ladies at the front desk of Doggie Details by Karen are super sweet. "I've been going to these guys for a few years now and have been very happy with them. They do everything they can to make the grooming experience as pleasant as possible. One of our pups is pretty anxious and hates going anywhere. While I won't say she gets excited for grooming, she handles it better than pretty much any other trip out of the house. They're very accommodating on scheduling and the facility is just immaculate. They've made any adjustments I've asked for on length and style for the grooming. Overall, I can't imagine anyone doing a better job. Highly recommended."
